Terms of Service

By adding RigX Discord Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

RigX provides Discord server management and enhancement features including but not limited to:

• Moderation Tools: Automated moderation, warning systems, and content filtering
• Server Management: Role management, channel automation, and member statistics
• Custom Commands: Personalized commands and automated server tasks
• Analytics: Server activity insights and engagement metrics
• Member Engagement: Welcome systems, leveling, and interactive features
• Fun Commands: Games, entertainment features, and interactive activities
• Utility Features: Server utilities, tools, and helpful commands

Server administrators are responsible for:

• Granting appropriate permissions to the Bot for intended functionality
• Configuring Bot settings according to server rules and Discord Terms of Service
• Monitoring Bot usage and ensuring compliance with Discord's Community Guidelines
• Reporting any issues or misuse of the Bot promptly

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Attempting to exploit, hack, or abuse the Bot's functionality
• Using the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Spamming commands or attempting to overload the Bot's systems
• Using the Bot for harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the Bot's code
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others using Bot features

RigX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Server disruptions or data loss resulting from Bot usage
• Decisions made by automated moderation features
• Temporary service outages or maintenance periods
• Any damages resulting from misuse of the Bot
• Third-party actions or content moderated by the Bot

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
